أنشئ العقدCreate the contract

حدّد المبلغ ومدة التنفيذ وتفاصيل الاتفاق، وأرسله للطرف الآخر.Set the amount, the timeline and the terms, and send it to the other party.

يحوّل المشتري المبلغThe buyer pays

بعد موافقة البائع، يحوّل المشتري المبلغ إلى ذمة ويبقى محفوظًا لدينا.Once the seller accepts, the buyer pays Zimmah and the money is held with us.

ينفّذ البائعThe seller delivers

يبدأ البائع التنفيذ وهو مطمئن أن المبلغ موجود ومضمون.The seller gets to work knowing the money is there and secured.

تأكيد الاستلام والتحويلConfirm and get paid

يؤكد المشتري الاستلام، فنحوّل المبلغ إلى حساب البائع البنكي.The buyer confirms delivery and we transfer the money to the seller's bank account.

أين يكون المبلغ أثناء الصفقة؟Where is the money during the deal?

يحوّل المشتري المبلغ إلى حساب ذمة، ويبقى محفوظًا لدينا ولا يُحوَّل للبائع إلا بعد تأكيد الاستلام.The buyer pays into Zimmah's account. It stays with us and only goes to the seller after delivery is confirmed.

ماذا لو لم يسلّم البائع؟What if the seller doesn't deliver?

إذا انتهت المدة دون تسليم، أو فتح المشتري نزاعًا، يراجع فريقنا الحالة. وإذا ثبت عدم التسليم يُعاد المبلغ للمشتري.If the deadline passes without delivery, or the buyer opens a dispute, our team reviews the case. If nothing was delivered, the buyer gets the money back.

كيف يستلم البائع مستحقاته؟How does the seller get paid?

يضيف البائع حسابه البنكي (الآيبان) في التطبيق، وبعد تأكيد الاستلام نحوّل المبلغ إليه مباشرة.The seller adds their bank account (IBAN) in the app, and once delivery is confirmed we transfer the money to it.

هل أحتاج حسابًا للطرفين؟Do both sides need an account?

نعم، يسجّل كل طرف برقم جواله حتى تكون الصفقة موثّقة ويتابعها الطرفان من التطبيق.Yes. Each side signs up with their mobile number so the deal is documented and both can follow it in the app.
